Childish Gambino’s Denver concert may be postponed following injury

I’m Childish Gambino fans, but chances of this rapper making his Oct. 9 concert at the Pepsi Center aren’t looking too great.

The “This Is America” tour has been postponed after TMZ reported that the rapper, whose real name is Donald Glover, wounded himself on stage in a tour stop in Dallas.

Fam Rothstein, co-principal and Glover in the creative bureau Wolf + Rothstein, announced on Twitter Tuesday that tour dates would be pushed . But he made sure to explain that the tour will return before the year’s end.

That is America tour has been postponed, not cancelled. My man played through the pain, but must sit outside some dates. Back before the years.

The Forum, an Inglewood, Calif.-based venue where Glover was first scheduled to play Wednesday, tweeted the the series was postponed,” according to Pitchfork. It is unclear what tour dates are affected.

Tomorrow’s Childish Gambino series at the Forum has been postponed. Tickets will be legal at the date when announced. Thank you.
