Avalanche dominates Golden Knights 6-1 in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS — Tabbed as a Nevada Day day showdown between the best of the West, the seeing Avalanche on Friday produced an encore street performance from its big win last weekend in Tampa Bay.

MacKinnon became the first player in club history to begin a season on a 10-game points streak, also Kadri had his initial multiple-goal game since February in the Pepsi Center, when he had been playing the Toronto Maple Leafs.
