We’re at the halfway mark for Denver concerts in January, folks. Although this month is halfway finished, there are still plenty of musical phenomena to check out within the subsequent two weeks. Monday, January 14
Recommended: Can’t Be Satisfied: Blues Night @ Hi-Dive
South Broadway is among Denver’s greatest areas for all things food, booze and music. Additionally, it happens to be where we’re kicking things off this week. On Monday night, South Broadway’s Hi-Dive is hosting their monthly “Can’t Be Satisfied: Blues Night. ” This free event consists of blues-themed DJs Al Eschen and Brian Buck who’ll be turning some basic blues vinyl in addition to live audio. If you haven’t checked out the Hi-Dive however, this is the best occasion to get on down with their neck of the woods.

On Tuesday night, Chicago established hip-hop artist Mick Jenkins is coming from the Windy City and into the Mile High City for a performance in The Bluebird. Jenkins’ audio is extremely easy and has a great groove that pays tribute to the classic sound of hip-hop. Fellow artist KARI FAUX is joining Jenkins because he gets his way into Denver this past week. Tickets are still available, so grab some before you miss your chance.

Should you’re unfamiliar with Young Dolph, take a look at his hottest tracks “Both Eyes Closed” as well as “100 Shots” to begin. Late last year, Wild Child published a three-song EP branded 1996 which acts as some exceptional recommended listening and insight for their indie-pop/rock sound. Ever because 2011, Wild Child has been on the transfer also continues to gain momentum. Fellow artist Batty Jr. is joining Wild Child on Thursday night also.
