S’pore stars Carrie Wong & Ian Fang apologise after explicit texts exposed

Local celebrities Carrie Wong and Ian Fang are in the spotlight — this time for a series of texts that are explicit.

Intimate conversations

Private Instagram messages between the two have been recently leaked, showing exchanges.

Here are the portions that are translated:

Carrie: “I’ll miss it. ”
Carrie: “Are you currently going to give it? ”
Ian: “If I didn’t need anything I wouldn’t disturb you. ”
Ian: “Silly or not? ”
Ian: “It’s comfy sleeping with you. ”
Ian: “Can fall asleep. ”
Ian: “Hahahahahaha”
Carrie: “Really…”
Carrie: “Falling asleep quickly …”
Carrie: “Doesn’t take more than one…(uncertain )
Ian: “I’m looking forward to another time. ”

Carrie: “Omg. I haven’t entered this screen and I saw ‘Of course you have attributes than her. The last time…’ (indicating that Ian bedded that person)
Ian: “Hahahaha. ”
Ian: “Stupid or what. ”
Carrie: “I’m stupid if I’m with you. ”

Carrie: “The most outstanding and the prettiest. ”

Both Fang and Wong also participated in a little light flirting:

Both celebrities issue apologies

Both stars have issued public statements apologising for their activities. Fang confessed that he felt bad for people reading the messages and that his language used was “ ” that was inappropriate:

“With respect to a private conversation between me and my good friend Carrie Wong that’s been circulating online, I’m quite shocked. For this, I want to apologise to everyone for my improper behaviour. Carrie and I are such good friends that there is nothing we could ’t say to one another. I admit that the language we used was inappropriate and I apologise for that. I also feel bad for people who have read the messages. As a public figure, I will pay more attention. ”

Meanwhile, Wong thanked her boyfriend because of his “ trust ”, and stated that she deeply regretful for causing harm:

“Ian and I have been great friends for years, and we don&rsquo. The language we used in our conversation harm to everybody and has caused a lot of unnecessary worry, and I’m regretful for causing this. I’ve been reflecting a lot on my activities after the incident and I take responsibility for my language. I am also grateful to my boyfriend because of his trust and I need to offer my deepest apologies. ”

In response to this issue, Mediacorp’s head of management, Ivy Low, emphasised that she anticipates as they are public figures artistes to keep their professionalism at all time. She added that their activities and behaviors must be appropriate at all times.
