GRAMMY-nominated Australian trio RÜFÜS DU SOL today announced a unique audiovisual performance piece, shot at the sprawling desert regions of Joshua Tree. At a 45-minute immersive film minding the depths of the band’s most famous exhibits and critically acclaimed studio records SOLACE, BLOOM along with ATLAS, “RÜFÜS DU SOL: Live in Joshua Tree” attracts their emotive live adventure from the worldwide stage to the monitor. Featuring material set amongst the allure of the Great American West, the film is an homage to the band’so coming as a creative force that is worldwide.
Fans at Los Angeles will have the Chance to attend the World Premiere taking place at Los Feliz’ historical Vista Theatre on Tuesday, February 18. A limited number of tickets will be accessible here.

Adhering to the movie ’s world premiere at Vista Theatre in Los Feliz, the group will hit the road again, focusing on a US run headlining major festivals like Okeechobee, M3F and CRSSD, in addition to premier venues including Masonic Temple in Detroit, Fillmore at Minneapolis, along with Germania Insurance Amphitheater at Austin. Since the group hails from Australia, they’ve already been committed to supporting the bushfire relief efforts in every way they could. Last month they given $50,000 and merch earnings to Rural Fire Service, which month they’re hosting a fundraiser in partnership with CRSSD benefitting the RSPCA Bushfire Appeal.
