Whoa, a draft with no Alabama receiver Henry Ruggs III going into the Broncos?
This ’s what NFL.com’s Bucky Brooks has in his hottest collections with Florida cornerback C.J. Henderson going to Denver with the No. 15 overall selection.
“The possible departure of Chris Harris Jr. creates the cornerback place a top priority,” Brooks writes. “Henderson is an aggressive cover corner with speed size and athleticism to blanket top receivers. ”
Henderson is the next cornerback off the plank for Brooks, together with Ohio State’s Jeff Okudah heading to Jacksonville in No. 9.
Even the 202-pound defensive back recorded 33 tackles and a bag to the Gators last year. In three years, he has 93 tackles, six interceptions and four sacks.
Brooks previously had Clemson receiver Tee Higgins going to Denver.
