A number of concerts originally supposed to be held in these Colorado places as Red Rocks Amphitheatre, The Mission Ballroom and 1st Bank Center through July have been canceled or postponed as a result of coronavirus COVID-19 epidemic pandemic as per Denver’s CBS 4. CBS 4 cites a statement from concert promotion company AEG Presents, the firm that puts most shows at those places and Colorado hot areas.
Shows held in the Bluebird, Gothic and Ogden theatres will also be influenced. AEG Presents noted that their conclusion came in the wake of the country ’s mandate stopping mass parties. Announcements will follow from acts slated to perform the places ’ social feeds as well as the places and sites.
CBS 4 especially lists four concerts that have been canceled or will be rescheduled. Sturgill Simpson’s April 25 series at Pepsi Center will be held on a date TBD, which also holds true for Brantley Gilbert’s run in Red Rocks that was slated for May 8 – 9. Devil Makes Three’s 2020 Red Rocks series — originally declared for May 23 — has been canceled outright.
Refunds for canceled displays will soon be available at point of purchase. For those who purchased tickets via AXS.com refunds will be processed automatically within 30 business days.
