The Strokes have formally announced the release of their new record. Entitled The New Abnormal, the band’s will arrive on April 10th via Cult/RCA Records. The nine-track effort was recorded at Shangri-La Studios at Malibu and made by Rick Rubin, according to a media release. The album’s cover art is a painting by Jean-Michel Basquiat
