Nuggets center Nikola Jokic “cannot control” how COVID-19 affects him

Nikola Jokic doesn’t know what sort of effects that are long-term COVID-19 might have on himbut he also doesn’t need to waste time considering it.

Jokic, who’been at the Orlando “bubble” for over a week later he tested positive while at Serbia, stated the NBA’so doctors can’t forecast how the virus might impact him during a physically taxing postseason.

Because the Nuggets were among the groups hardest hit by the virus, Jokic wasn’t alone in needing to clean quarantine and then pass a screening. Denver is anticipated to have just nine players out there.

“I don’t know how many minutesI don’t know how much I am going to playwith, but I want to play simply to see how I am going to be there, simply to get some end in, just some running, simply to play some basketball,” Jokic explained.

He afterwards included, “I will play however many minutes I desire,” mentioning the seven-man success in Utah on Feb. 5.

The Nuggets’ shortage of thickness has compelled Jokic from position, he stated that he loves.

“Me playing with every position than center,&rdquo. “That’s my favorite. ”

Protests? Fourteen of those Nuggets’ gamers will use messages in their own jersey in support of racial equality, and that may not be it. Nuggets guard Troy Daniels explained the group has discussed other methods to protest.
