Megadeth, Wynonna, Dermot Kennedy, Glass Animals and more concerts coming to Denver

Metal lifers Megadeth along with the slightly-younger (formed in 1994, anyway) Lamb of God are co-headlining that the Pepsi Center on Nov. 5 within a 2020 joint venture, with openers Trivium and In Flames. Tickets are on sale in 10 a.m. Feb. 14. ($39.50-$99.50, altitudetickets.com)

Chris Stapleton has added a Pepsi Center series for his All American Road Show Tour together with Sheryl Crow and The Dirty Knobs. Tickets for the new, June 27 concert — following the previously announced June 26 date — are on sale in 10 a.m. Feb. 14. ($49.75-$99.75, altitudetickets.com)

A twangy new festival is climbing in Estes Park, including headliner Wynonna (Judd) and also the Big Noise along with Ruston Kelly, Chancey Williams & the Younger Brothers Band, Drunken Hearts, Chain Station and much more to be announced. Roots on the Ridge, as the day-long event will be called, takes place May 16 in the Estes Park Event Complex. Tickets, $35-$149, are on sale at rootsontheridge.com.

Mashup master Girl Talk can headline the Ogden Theatre on May 8, with tickets on sale in 10 a.m. Feb. 14. They’ll price $25-$60 via axs.com.

Glass Animals and opener Denzel Curry have set a June 16 date at Red Rocks Ampitheatre. Grab tickets, $55-$94.50, beginning at 10 a.m. Feb. 14 through axs.com.

Irish singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy is blowing with a major show at Red Rocks on Aug. 6. Tickets for the collection, together with all openers Bishop Briggs and Mallrat, are on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 14. ($39.50-$59.50, axs.com)

Apparently abbreviated New York indie quartet Big Thief is led for the Ogden Theatre Aug. 6. Set aside $31-$76 for your ticket on-sale beginning at 10 a.m. Feb. 14 at axs.com.

Melanie Martinez along with her musical alter-ego, Cry Baby, will visit the Fillmore Auditorium on July 26. Tickets for the all-ages series are on sale in 10 a.m. Feb. 13. Rates aren’t yet available, due to promoter Live Nation’therefore practice of withholding them. (livenation.com)

Former Drive-By Truckers pioneer Jason Isbell and his group the 400 Unit are back in Red Rocks with Lucinda Williams this summer — though in the eyes of the critic, both could readily be rearranged (with Williams headlining, which is). Ganja White Knight has added an impressive next date to the Red Rocks stint around the stoner vacation of 420, a.k.a. April 20. Tickets for the new April 19 series (April 17 and 18 are already sold out) are on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 14 via axs.com. They’re operating $45-$85 for the all-ages evening, which will also contain Caspa, Truth, Mr. Bill and also Pushbloop.
