Can the Broncos make the playoffs this year? One report says yes.

The Broncos are four seasons removed from their last playoff appearance — a memorable man if they won Super Bowl 50. So with a new year featuring a new head coach and also a new beginning, can Denver climb back into playoff contention?

The solution is yes, if you’re to think CBS Sports’ Will Brinson, that predicts that the Broncos are longing for a return to the postseason.

On the Broncos O-line:
“There’so gift with this offensive lineup together with Ronald Leary, Garrett Bolles, Ju’Waun James and rookie Dalton Risner now lining up to begin. I’m purchasing a lot of stocks of Royce Freeman this offseason, while Lindsay could bounce back and Theo Riddick might be a sneaky addition. ”

On the addition of Flacco:
“You’ll laugh, however, Flacco has been GOOD last year before he got hurt. Lamar Jackson’s development left him expendable, but I think he fits well with this Rich Scangarello offense. ”

On the Broncos’ defense:
“Von Miller and Bradley Chubb are superstars. Chris Harris acquired some cash, but he’s underrated and underpaid. Justin Simmons is emerging. Fangio turned the Bears in football to the best defense. There s no reason he can t do it with this team. ”

The Broncos have 4-to-1 chances to produce the playoffs,” according to internet oddsmaker Bovada. They’re also 1/6 to overlook that the posteason.

Another teams on Brinson’s listing include the Bills, Panthers, Steelers and Vikings. Read the forecasts at cbssports.com.
