Rockies and Padres broke MLB record for most runs in a 4-game series

For one show, it was just like the humidor didn’t exist in Coors Field.

The Rockies and the Padres combined for an unbelievable 92 runs within their series. It had been the most in a four-game series since 1900, breaking the 88 totaled by the Brooklyn Dodgers and the Philadelphia Phillies in 1929, in accordance with the Rockies.

Here’s a look at some of the other numbers they put up:

Colorado’s 48 conducts were the third most in a four-game show in business history (the album is 52 straight back in 1996 against the Dodgers).
The Rockies totaled 69 hits, linking their markers in 1996 against the Dodgers.
The 44 runs permitted by Colorado is connected for the third-most in business history.
Colorado pitchers allowed 62 hits, tying the mark for most in franchise history.
Charlie Blackmon had an absurd 15 hits from the show, the most in a four-game show in the modern era.
